Our Team
IFCLA operates within a horizontal structure, in which all staff are Co-Directors and share decision making power with the IFCLA Board and the Expert Committee. This model aligns with our values of shared-decision making among the people doing the work, including directly-impacted people, and our value for pay parity. This structure is influenced by our ongoing research into alternative organizational structures and TEAL practices.
