Sea to Sinai Circle
Because freedom takes time to absorb.
Thursdays, April 21, May 5, May 19, and June 2
7:30p-8:45p
Local in Larchmont
The seven-week stretch between Passover and Shavuot is an invitation for spiritual reflection and refinement. With the freedom that Passover brings each spring, we're encouraged to take time each week to look inward. We're urged to prepare to stand at Sinai once again and open ourselves to the wisdom of Torah on Shavuot. In other words, the Jewish calendar invites us to check in with ourselves and ask: What am I seeking right now? What do I know within and want to make real in my life?
At each meeting, we'll explore a few texts for grounding and inspiration, dedicate time for personal reflection and discussion, and join together for an extended, guided meditation. Meeting themes will include: Compassion, Judgment, Beauty & Balance, and Standing at Sinai.
Led by Rabbi Bethie Miller, the cost of this Circle is $118.
