“The Power of Us” Workforce Survey

The American Institutes for Research (AIR), an independent, nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization that conducts behavioral and social science research and delivers technical assistance both domestically and internationally, is offering a survey to youth-serving professionals and volunteers to provide an opportunity to share their professional experiences and pathways in their field. These professions include anything from before and afterschool program staff to volunteer mentors, librarians to wilderness guides, athletic coaches, and beyond.

Through the Power of Us Workforce Survey, youth-serving professionals and volunteers can contribute to a national effort to explore, define, and elevate their professions. The aim of the survey is to yield actionable results to inform policy, practice, and further research.

Visit the AIR website for more information and to take the survey.
