Love Your Columbia: 3/11

Feeling stressed? We have a webinar for that!

“Finding Strength in Nature: Turning to the Columbia to Persevere in the Pandemic” featuring Licensed Professional Counselor Zoë Presley on Friday, March 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

About the Webinar

As you well know, we’re coming up on the two-year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic.  It’s been two years of stress, anxiety, dread, and false hopes, and we all need a little healing. That’s why we're inviting you to join us on Friday, March 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. for a FREE therapeutic forest bathing session led by Licensed Professional Counselor Zoë Presley.

Learn how nature can help us manage the negative emotional effects of the pandemic and enjoy a facilitated forest bathing session from the comfort of your own home.

The outdoors and the Columbia have been a source of strength for us as we struggle to roll with the pandemic punches. In this session, we’ll learn how to engage with nature in particular ways to support better health and wellbeing.
