More About Amy’s Adventure

The Lake George Land Conservancy (LGLC) hosted its 7th annual Amy’s Adventure Race for the Lake at its Amy’s Park Preserve in North Bolton on Saturday, September 30th. This year’s race hosted 78 competitors of ages 8-75, along with 18 volunteers and NextGen Committee members and who helped organize and run the successful event.

Overall winner Nick Underwood, who ran the course for the first time this year, finished in 33 minutes and 36 seconds, breaking the all-time course record of 35 minutes and 37 seconds. The female winner, Kaley Bell, who finished the race in 43 minutes and 45 seconds, raced for the fifth time. Remaining top finishers were Zane Belden, Alex James, and Randy Beckwith, who finished the 4.5 mile trail race in under 40 minutes.
