Preserving & Protecting the San Marcos River

The San Marcos River is considered one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems known in the southwestern United States, and great care must be taken to ensure it remains clean, clear, and flowing.

We focus on protecting the flow from aquifer-fed springs, improving the water quality, and preserving the area’s beauty with parks and regular clean-ups.
