This survey should take you 10-15 minutes

This is your opportunity to help refine & define the Safe Water Conservation Collaborative's big-picture, long-term goals.

To help frame the conversation around goals, we'll start by asking you about our values.

We strive to develop SMART Goals that are:
  • Specific (direct, detailed, and specific)
  • Measurable (quantifiable, metrics to evaluate success)
  • Attainable (realistic, fits within our current capacity)
  • Relevant (aligned with our mission, vision, and values)
  • Time-bound (deadlines, time-frames)
The three goals below are based on the Collaborative's current focus. Now is the time to modify these, remove any that don't resonate, or add others that more closely align with where we are now. Please be candid - we want to hear from you!

Questions 3-5 allow you rank the Goals as 1 Star (strongly disagree) all the way up to 5 Stars (strongly agree), or anywhere in between.

We will present the results of this survey at our next Collaborative Gathering on Thursday, October 1st at 10:00am.
