Participate in STARS Revision Process

This week the Child Development Division (CDD) sent out an update regarding the ongoing STARS revision process. The first phase of changes were put in place on September 1st. The process for making the second phase of changes has been delayed, as feedback collected this spring and summer is still being reviewed. The timeline now has an anticipated January 2022 effective date for these changes.

CDD is now setting up five work groups to help develop the supporting information for this next phase of STARS evolution. These work groups are an opportunity for more people working with children and families to engage in the development process.

You can read more about the process and the new timeline, and indicate an interest in serving on the work groups, on the CDD’s STARS Evolution webpage.
