Science Iowa - The Science Festival Trail

Join Science Iowa for a family-friendly Father's Day event promoting science literacy, conservation, and volunteerism!

Walk, bike or run the 3.2-mile nature trail at Raccoon River Park and visit stations in the park for activities and opportunities to learn about science, the environment, and volunteer opportunities. Enjoy the robotics demonstrations and LIVE music by the Aviana Gedler Trio. Take-home craft and STEM activities will be available for the kids.

Get your passport stamped at each station and you’ll earn a bag of fun treats and gifts, as well as free hot dogs, popcorn, and bottled water.
