Jan 1 – Feb 1  &  July 1 – Aug 1

We award our grants to 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations with projects and portfolios especially for the youngest in New Jersey and Vermont.

Students tap into their creative sides and express themselves in new ways!The United Children’s Music Project (UCMP) provides high-quality music and arts education to children in Hudson County, NJ. Classes emphasize the importance of community and establishing a support system for students of all ages.The Turrell Fund thanks UCMP for providing access to music and arts education to children and families of Hudson County!

On April 11, Turrell Fund CFO Rich Ribeiro attended @northwardcenter “Concert of Hope” which featured multi Grammy-winner singer, Regina Belle. The concert honored parents of children with Autism for their resiliency.The North Ward Center (NWC) serves Newark families with a variety of community programs, such as the Child Center Development Center to the Family Success Center. The “Concert of Hope” was in partnership with the Center for Autism.The Turrell Fund thanks the North Ward Center for providing resources to Newark families and bringing the community together!

Parents and their young children at @newarkschoolofthearts create both memories and music together during Music & Movement class!The Newark School of the Arts (NSA) offers Early Childhood Music & Movement class for infants ages 3 months all the way to 3 years old. The class allows young children to play, sing, chant, and dance with the parents to develop their rhythmic, tonal and physical skills. The Turrell Fund is proud to support NSA’s mission of providing quality arts and music education to NJ youth and families that is both affordable and accessible. Thank you for all you do!
