Makanda Vulture Fest

On behalf of Makanda Fest Events, we invite you to be a part of our annual tradition, the 2022 Makanda Vulture Fest. This free festival would not be such a successful event if it were not for community-involved people. With over 40 artisans across the Midwest, 12 bands and numerous food vendors, over 5000 attendees flock to Makanda's famed Valley of the Arts and surrounding areas for a unique and friendly setting for two days of celebration.

Because this festival is free to the public and our location cannot collect admission, every donation is greatly appreciated and carefully used. Your contribution will pay for the entertainment, sound engineer, advertising, insurance, parking attendants, etc.
