MY Reading Warriors

We offer Reading Program for Grades 1-9 for their Reading Skills Improvement. Our dedicated Teachers facilitate the learners to Read More, Read Faster and develop a habit of lifelong learning. We use various Reading techniques to help learners enhance their reading potential to the fullest.

 

We also provide K-12 Tutoring  i.e. 101 Tutoring Online & Onsite in Selected Neighborhoods.

We have a Team of Volunteers participating in our program as Mentors and Teachers. Join our Team as a Volunteer for our Reading and Tutoring Programs.

Hilltop Tigers Soccer Club

We provide Recreational Soccer games for Age Groups: U9, U12, U16 & U19 that enrich children's lives. Hilltop Tigers Soccer Club aims to create an organized soccer program in the Hilltop area for less fortunate and underprivileged youth. By creating a club with quality programming, across all age groups and skill levels. We aim to develop highly skilled and confident players, who are ready to excel in the highest level of the game and in life.

Our Coaches plan and supervise soccer training sessions to develop physical fitness and specific Soccer Skills. Teaching social skills like discipline, patience, determination and teamwork are a part of our Soccer Club.

Our Soccer matches are played at Wilson Road Park every week. The teams also play friendly games and scrimmages at the park.

Under MY Wing mentorship program is a Youth Mentoring Program, College Prep & Career Counseling for Highschool Students Only. It envisions under-privileged refugee and immigrant high school students that are prepared to pursue higher education in the United States of America and prepare for a fulfilling career.

Our program aims to expose students to not only in-demand careers but careers that appreciate diversity and contribute to positive social change.

REACHING FOR SKIES

MY Pathways is a career guidance program that assists under-privileged refugee and immigrant adults and youth in getting equal job opportunities through guidance and a variety of resources i.e. Resume Building, Cover Letter Writing/Job Applications, Career Guidance, In-Person/Online job Interview Preparation, Online Work Profiles, Professional Styling & ESL Classes. Each individual develops communication skills through one-on-one and group sessions with the Career Specialist. We offer workshops that address Employability Skills and Career Readiness, Professional Morals and Ethics. Referral to MY Tailored Image for Professional Suiting and Grooming.
 

We also offer Online Conversational English Language Classes for youth and adults. We focus on functional proficiency of English Language.

SUITING FOR SUCCESS

We offer Youth Suiting Program for Grooming, Self-confidence, Self-Care & Career Readiness. It is equitable and inclusive suiting program committed to elevating the refugees and immigrants disproportionately affected by poverty by equipping them with transformative skills and resources to look and feel good.

 

This program includes open access to professional attire, proper grooming and self-care routine, professional etiquettes and manners.

MY Family Pantry - Volunteer Opportunity

We serve Free Food for Families on every Saturday from 10am-12pm. Our Volunteers help sort and package donations from the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, they unload the goods on Thursday afternoons and  distribute the food to the families on Saturday mornings. We serve up to 150 families in one day.

 

We are located in the Hilltop which is a low-income neighborhood in the West of Columbus.​ MY Project USA  feeds more than 150 vulnerable families on a weekly basis.

 

We are always in the need of Volunteers to join hands with us for this noble cause. If you're interested in being a part of our project, please feel free to contact at the details below.
