A Message From The Organizer

Dear ones, Thank you so much for supporting a local independent Lake Street business, AND also benefiting MUUSJA! Our fundraiser with Eagle Lake Brewery raised $116.84 that will help us coordinate UU resistance and resilience, cover the costs of #UUtheVote work, and contribute to our work for racial justice and climate actions, moving into 2021. We are a lean operation with only 1.5FTE staff connecting with 30 congregations across Minnesota and the Dakotas... so we rely on all of you to get all the things done!! THANK YOU so much!! P.S. Please know that at the time we sent out notices of this event, we were not informed that the full menu was not available... we hope you were able to enjoy Manny's Tortas as well as libations from the pub!

Why We're Raising

MUUSJA - the MN Unitarian Universalist Social Justice Alliance - unites 30 congregations across Minnesota and the Dakotas to build a just and loving world. We are celebrating Minneapolis' Lake Street community and help it rebuild, while supporting MUUSJA's metro and statewide justice work. Our fundraiser with Eastlake Craft Brewery at Midtown Global Market lets you take out, pick up, or get delivery of delectable meals from the wonderful global merchants and you can get a growler of great beer from the brewpub. Please plan on (virtually) joining us from your homes -- and look for our Zooming from Eastlake -- on October 29, 2020.
