2023 Task Force on Agriculture and Nutrition in the 21st Century Survey
Right now, the newly established Task Force on Agriculture and Nutrition in the 21st Century is soliciting direct input from producers, stakeholders, and consumers on how various Farm Bill programs are working for them.
Our Mississippi economy thrives on a strong agriculture industry, which in turn helps protect our natural resources and feed a growing nation.
During my time in Congress, I have always supported the Farm Bill as I represent one of the most rural districts in Congress. For the past 30 years, I have taken satisfaction in advocating and supporting the main cause of the economy and employment opportunities in the 2nd Congressional District of Mississippi and surrounding states.
We must ensure that our farmers have the resources needed to thrive in the 21st century, from crop insurance to commodities, trade, and agriculture policy. We appreciate your participation and input through the 2023 Farm Bill survey offered below.
