VOLUNTEER PROJECT WEEK: Feb 16 - 19

We have an immediate needs for some of our handmade items for our SOUL Lifting Kits. Please take a look at the available projects below and let us know if you are able to take on one...or more!

All the necessary supplies will be packaged up for you and will be ready for pick up starting Tuesday, February 16th. All we ask is that you please return your completed item(s) by Sunday, Feb 28th.

We hope to continue this effort on a monthly basis until we can resume our in-person Stitch & Sips. So if now isn't the right time...stay tuned for more details about projects we will need your help with in the coming months.

Please select all that you are interested in working on. Projects will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis as long as our supplies last. Instructions for each project will be made available to everyone if you want to gather your own supplies.

No Sew Fleece Blankets (super simple): 3 yards of fleece, measuring tape and scissors

Drain Pockets (sewing machine needed): some sewing experience is helpful for this multi-step project

Tea Bag Holders (easy & creative): brown craft paper, washi tape, stickers and a little creativity. good for younger children, too

Stress Balls (super easy; latex balloons used): latex balloons, flax seed and a funnel. great for younger children

Handwritten Note Cards (easy to follow examples): SR notecards and text template. easy project for teens needing community service hours or anyone with limited time to give

Warming Pillows (easy; good project for 2 people): socks, flax seed and ribbon all come together to create a soothing pillow for neck, shoulder or anywhere that needs a little TLC

If you are not able to pick up supplies at our office in Rye and would like to have them delivered to your home, please let us know here and we will contact you to coordinate.
