    Bill Summary

    Public Chapter 506 of 2019 enacted the "Tennessee Education Savings Account Pilot Program," which provided for education savings accounts for eligible students, whereby funds will be provided for the student to be educated at a private school that meets the requirements established by the department of education and the state board of education for a Category I, II, or III private school.

    This bill repeals the Tennessee Education Savings Account Pilot Program.
