Maintenance/Facilities Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of all Phoenix Community Development Services managed properties and office facilities by performing corrective and preventative maintenance. Principle duties of this full-time position include:
Address day-to-day and projected maintenance and facility needs.
Respond to unplanned facility emergencies.
Assist in the set-up and tear-down of special agency events.
Light cleaning duties as assigned.
