Job Opportunities

Case Managers work with recently housed families and individuals with disabilities. Case Managers support residents in maintaining stable housing, increasing or maintaining income, and gaining life skills. Case Managers work within housing first, harm reduction, trauma-informed frameworks using motivational interviewing and family-centered coaching strategies. They provide services to all members of the household, including children and youth. A car is required to conduct home visits throughout the city of Chicago. This is a hybrid, full-time position.
