A Compassionate View: Movie Night & Panel Discussion
April 16, 2024, 4:30 pm
Join us for an enlightening community movie night featuring 'Leave No Trace', a film that delves into the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness. Through the compelling story of a father and daughter navigating trauma and difficult decisions, this movie sheds light on the resilience and strength within our unhoused community.
Our goal is to foster understanding and compassion while breaking down stigma. Following the screening, we'll host a panel discussion, featuring Sam Hilajan, Community Outreach Physician Assistant, Jay Harrington, Healing Springs CRPA, and a special guest with lived experience. We invite you to come with an open mind and heart, ready to engage in meaningful dialogue.
To ensure a dynamic discussion, we encourage guests to submit questions during registration, as time will be limited. Let's come together to learn, connect, and support our community's journey toward empathy and change.
