Thane Hutcherson Ury, a professor at the school, wrote in a Facebook post on Feb. 11, about how the revival at Asbury had caused alumni, pastors, seekers, and buses of students from other schools to come to the campus to seek God. He listed 24 other universities where busloads of students have been coming from to visit the Asbury awakening.

In the mighty name of Jesus I pray for revival amongst the drug addicted. they are such tortured souls. Please loose the evil chains of drug addiction that bind their hearts. Some of them try so very hard but relapse again and again. Please deliver them, Lord Jesus.

So many of us have been praying for a revival in our country, but when you see it actually happening, it is humbling and mind-shattering. God is able to do abundantly more than we can ask or imagine, so it should not be surprising that He answers prayers for this…and yet we are jaded by the world, so we doubt. May God forgive our doubt and our unbelief and allow these revivals to touch every corner of our great nation, so that we can be a beacon to the world. Praise God for these revivals, especially among our most vulnerable, the young people. May they grow and grow so that we each see it, feel the Holy Spirit move in us, become part of it in our own communities. May God put a hedge of protection around all involved, as we know Satan will do all he can to quench these Holy Spirit fires. Praise God for answered prayers!
I have prayed for revival over and over, but now it is taking on a new meaning. After watching these students worshipping the Lord in a way I have never seen, I want to see it in my church, in my town, in my state, in all of America and all over the world. God can do it. All we need to do is to be submissive, be in confession, be repentant, be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, pray for true revival. Never give up praying. With God nothing is impossible.
I saw this revival moving from the campuses to the churches as like lava moving over the land consuming the hearts of those hungry for more of the Lord; repentance breaking out as Holy Spirit breaks in to our religious institutions, changing hearts and transforming the way we see how His children will be overcome with His truth and love. We will look and act like Jesus as the world will see His love by our actions!

From the moment I heard, my prayer was to let it spread to every college/university campus in the country. I was happily in tears to see that two secular universities, Ohio State and U. of Kentucky were among the twenty plus colleges with seekers represented at Asbury. Halleluiah!!
I live in an area with churches on every corner. Most are in need and don’t even know it, so I’ve prayed for a long time. I also pray for people in the grocery store every week when I shop, especially if I see that person more than once as I walk the aisles. Daily I ask God to put me in the path of someone He wants targeted. I am constantly reminded that His heart is that all be saved. So I pray as the Holy Spirit directs. I am moved to cry out for people who are deliberate in their rejection of Yahweh in spite of His giving all for every human on this earth. We are close to the time when His love will be demonstrated in judgement upon the wicked. No one wants to be in that position, no matter how much foolishness they have demonstrated before men.

I am praying that the revival fire from Asbury will flow and ignite all the schools in Georgia. Our children need this. We have to protect them. We have to cover them in the Blood of Jesus. We have to stand together and fight against the enemy coming against them and us. Jesus has already won this battle we have to stand together in faith and prepare the way of the Lord to come where we are and help fan the flames to spread everywhere.
Sherrie, revival has been going on for 5 years @ Christ Fellowship Church in Dawsonville where the Pastor has just recently called students and teachers to the altar for prayers for revival in the schools of Dawson County. I live in Memphis where we are desperate for revival. There are young people going to the altar of a local church and Tuesday night after a basketball game, a young man who I had in my FCA group, came up to me and said, “I have given my life to Jesus and will be baptized next week”. He asked me to come. We must press in our prayers for our Nation and our young people! Isaiah 43:10-12 mentions twice that “you are my witnesses” and then in Isaiah 44:3 says, “I will pour My Spirit on your descendants and My blessing on your offspring”. Let it be as you said Lord!

O LORD Jesus, let this revival spread to Christian schools all over the US and beyond, and then to secular universities. I’m claiming revival meetings like this for the University of Minnesota and its satellite colleges, the University of Wisconsin, North Dakota State University, the University of North Dakota, and the many community colleges in my region, especially the closest one to me, Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, Minnesota. And then, LORD, we ask you to move in our churches. Come, Holy Spirit! (See, I believe we intercessors are assigned regions to pray for as well as the big picture.)

God these students and leaders are turning to Jesus with an open heart, the veil is finally being lifted, the shackles removed from their eyes so they can see Gods Glory., Father I know your door is always open, and when these Students realize when they turn to Him (Jesus) they begin to see Him really see and feel Him their Shepard and Savior.. Jesus I ask in your name to help keep the fires 🔥 burning in the depths of their souls, My prayer is that it spreads like wild fire not on surface of lives so sin the evil one gets the message. Romans-5 -“And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” NIV- Father God as your spirit keeps pouring into lives of the us generation help them to realize that sin does not stand a chance with the “aggressive forgiveness we call Grace” .Jesus I release your invitation over all of these Universities, Colleges, Schools , Churches and Homes that your Presence will go and on to reach the Woke Communities, so they too might be saved. I ask that they take heed and listen and hear the Voice of our ( their) Savior. God you are In acting your plan for Revival, I see you are putting us together again through the Messiah- Jesus that has been patiently waiting for us to get really Hungary for His Presence and Voice so He can feed us Life and Love. Oh God! Send revival to Oregon City and all of Oregon. We have prayed for it for years. We need it now.

I was saved as a 17 year old senior in high school in Lexington, KY during the 1970 Asbury revival. I am so excited to see the Holy Spirit moving so powerfully again on that campus, and beyond. Come, Holy Spirit!
I was saved during the Jesus Movement at the age of 12. My favorite song was “Pass it On.” There’s a trip down memory lane for those who know it! But it’s words are powerful for today. “It only takes a spark to get a fire going…!” Amen LORD!

THE GENERATION OF FIRE
I have saved MY best for last, “The Generation of Fire.” These are the ones
chosen and destined to become a phenomenon. Appointed for MY Kingdom;
people will call them the relentless ones, vigorous and intensely loyal to ME.
In that intensity, I impart dominion, wisdom, divine strategy, discernment and a sacred ear. As a notable force I send them out; chosen, called. and commissioned
to fulfill MY purposes.
Therefore, come before ME to receive a generational transfer as your forefathers became betrothed to ME at Mt Sinai. I manifested MY Sound that echoed with
great intensity in the Upper Room. Within the sound of wind I breathed MY
Breath and so will you; a respiration of MYSELF when you speak.
Come consecrated and ready to receive a crown of fire, a wedding crown of
cloven fire; a dividing force signifying you will cleave to ME. Thus, you will be a
sign of authority and as witnesses decreed. At this appointed time I will write MY Word upon your hearts, convert your love into a stable devotion. Your feet will bond to the paths of righteousness and you will be nourishment to this dying generation.
Your lips will form words of oxidation where fire and wind transcend into eternal
light. MY light exposes the most subtle darkness and counterfeit pretenses, for fire consumes quickly. Wickedness can no longer hide within its illusion transparency. Hearts will ignite; minds will bow and be renewed by the combustion of MY Spirit. Watch restrictions go, confusion be gone, clarity unimpaired and the sick healed when fire speaks. This is a transfer of the religious voice to the Kingdom voice; a sound, an open tone, an open vowel given from MY open book of remembrance.
You are called “The Generation of Fire”, change agents, emanating change into
the atmosphere. Therefore speak to the disorderly, the agitated crowd, stop the uproar of confused voices. In the authority of MY Name stop the rioting, bring commotion to an end. Call forth peace to be restored. Call forth MY presence; witness the breaking of rebellious hearts, and melting of violent intent. Disorder
will bow and MY order will prevail. Therefore, take ransom the disorderly, and
the unrestrained. What was in captivity will be taken captive and subdued.
Be slow to speak, let your words correspond to MY substance that creates. Be responsive, showing compassion, graciousness, generosity as you are a “life source” to those needing to be reconciled back to ME. Take hold of unselfish
love, settle the breaches, restore harmony in factions, settle differences, and
seek scriptural answers to difficult situations. Make clear the way for the return
of the lost. Be the torch bearers that prepare the way for MY Return.
I have given you an indelible mark, an unalterable seal of Redemption; it is MY Covenant with you to worship ME as Creator. I have heard your sighs and cries over the abominations done in your land. So be it. (Ezekiel 9 & Revelation 7)

The Holy Sprit has long been seeking a generation that’s willing to carry the Gospel to this country. To be the loud, strong, undeterred voice preaching repentance to sinful, healing to the afflicted, comfort to the broken and salvation for all. “Jesus said; if I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me”..
Praise God!!! My prayers are being answered, as well as the prayers of many other intercessors. I pray that revival spreads to our entire world, and we see an unprecedented number of people come to Jesus in this end-time revival. Thank You, Jesus!

I graduated from Lee in 2000. While there, we used to get up very early in the morning and join a teacher in a prayer walk around the campus, praying for revival. My grandparents and parents attended school there too and saw the Lord move in powerful ways. May there be encouragement for all that intercession and prayers are not in vain nor are they necessarily answered on our timeline, but God’s word will not return void. How encouraging to know those prayers 20+ years ago were not in vain.

Asbury is a small school in a small town, my prayer is that the students are able to walk out the rest of this sweet prayer time and others would be encouraged to do the same in their OWN locations so that the campus can stay safe and functioning for the students and staff and not overburdened with too many from outside . God can be honored from right where you are and these kids can be prayed for from wherever you may live. Social media attention can bring an overwhelming presence. Bless our young people with the love for God, for each other and forgiveness for those who don’t know the peace that passes understanding, that hearts would be changed .

It is good to see so many prayers for specific areas. I could have missed it, but didn’t see a prayer for California and the far west. Amen to the midwest prayer and ditto it for the far west. My grandfathers were from Indiana and Kansas and came to California, which though corrupted by lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and pride of life, still has many Christians who need encouragement, as well as blind secularists who need to receive light. May God’s cleansing fire light up the far west, particularly among the young.
