Dr. Kerri Ullucci

Dr. Kerri Ullucci is currently an Associate Professor of Urban Education at Roger Williams University. Her research interests include race and poverty issues in schooling and the development of culturally relevant practices. Her latest research examines the needs of refugee youth in the United States.

Dr. Tyrone Howard

Dr. Tyrone Howard is the Pritzker Family Endowed Chair and professor in the School of Education & Information Studies at UCLA. His research addresses issues on race, culture, access, and educational opportunity for minoritized student populations. Professor Howard is the author of several best-selling books. He is a native of Compton, California. Professor Howard is a member of the National Academy of Education, an American Educational Research Association Fellow, and has been listed by Education Week as one of the 30 most influential educational scholars in the nation on education practice, policy, and research.
