MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--A coalition of Lutheran churches in our area proves it has power in numbers to help those in need. And members want you to join the mission through its "Outreach of Hope" fundraiser called "2020 RIDE RUN WALK." Normally it's on one particular day. But because of the pandemic, the annual event has gone virtual and spans the course of the next two months. The goal is for 625 participants to log 25 thousand miles of either biking, running, or walking. And in turn raise a hundred fifty thousand dollars to assist the needs of 17 local ministries.
If you're interested in raising money for "Outreach of Hope" or want to take part in the event itself, remember you have through September to do so. We have all the information about this fundraising effort right here.
