I am an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and Holistic Nutrition Consultant committed to treating pain and dysfunction associated with hand and upper extremity injuries and disorders. My technique focuses on education, manual therapy, exercise, and lifestyle modification to help people regain function. I treat patients of all ages and especially enjoy working with older adults. I believe treating individuals in their home environment is not only convenient but also the most effective way to create lasting improvement.
