ACNJ's Annual Breakfast and the Census: Things You Can Count On

Dear Friend:

It was a cold morning, but you wouldn’t know it with the warmth and cheer that filled the air at ACNJ’s annual breakfast, with more than 200 supporters in attendance! Students from Newark Arts High School Latin Band welcomed guests and new memories and friendships were made. We highlighted ACNJ’s achievements for children in 2019 and recognized several individuals who were instrumental in securing support for increased state funding for child care.

The program continued with an engaging panel focused on the upcoming 2020 Census, moderated by ACNJ board member Richard Trenk, Esq. Special thanks to panelists: Programs for Parents CEO Beverly Lynn, Ed.D. and The Fund for New Jersey President Kiki Jamieson, Ph. D. for speaking on this important issue.

If you missed the event, don’t worry. You can still show your support for the work ACNJ does by making a donation. ACNJ’s achievements are only possible through supporters like you.

Happy Holidays!
