In June 2022, the US Supreme Court ruled in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, overturning the constitutional right to abortion and leaving reproductive rights up to federal and state legislation. Many state legislatures have already introduced and passed legislation to restrict or protect the right and access to abortion services.
