Registration for volunteers and pro bono attorneys for the first Power of Attorney Legal Clinic
Regardless of immigration status, everyone needs an emergency preparedness plan
in case they are arrested or detained by immigration. Although we hope that it never has
to be used, during this time of higher immigration enforcement and risk, having a plan
can help protect your children, finances and home. Working on a plan with families
can also help children feel more prepared and ready to face an emergency.
