Alliance Monthly Equity Discussion on Juneteenth and Early Childhood – 5/24

Join a group of peers and colleagues from the early childhood community to engage in sustained learning about anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. The Alliance hosts a monthly, salon-style Equity Discussion Group via Zoom, and the next session is coming up on Friday, May 27, at 1:00 pm.

We will be discussing how to teach young children about Juneteenth and how to talk about race more broadly. We are excited to announce that this session will be facilitated by Ali Dieng from Building Bright Futures and Zoraya Hightower, the Executive Director of the Vermont Peace and Justice Center.

For more information, and to RSVP, please email Alliance Public Engagement Director Dan Brown at dan@vecaa.org.
