1. The Bronfman Mentoring program aims to foster reflective conversations between alumni of different ages. While you may be paired with a mentee who has a similar professional path, this program is not designed to be a professional/career mentoring program.

2. You will be a great mentor if you are dependable, a good listener, and are willing to share aspects of your own life journey. As a Bronfman mentor, you are not responsible for holding your mentee accountable to their goals or pushing them to achieve a particular milestone.

3. We want to make sure we have a mentee who is a suitable match to your listening style, interests, and geographical location. If we cannot identify the right mentee, we will find other ways to connect you to the alumni community.
