DC:0-5, the Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood, is the diagnostic manual for children ages birth through 5 years, developed and published by ZERO TO THREE. The manual is designed to help mental health and other professionals recognize mental health and developmental challenges in infants and young children and use diagnostic criteria effectively for classification, case formulation and intervention.

Attendees will learn about the multi-axial approach to diagnosis, an approach which is developmentally informed, relationship-based, and contextually and culturally grounded. Training is provided by trainers who have been trained by ZERO TO THREE.

The two Reflective Case Consultation sessions, will allow for participants to further gain confidence in utilizing this tools, have more time to practice using the tool and have an opportunity to reflect on using this tool in a particular case.
