2022 Rooftop Concert

Your Dubuque County Energy District, in partnership with Smokestack, is excited to bring the inaugural fundraising Rooftop Concert (RESCHEDULED) event on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 5-8:30 p.m.! This event is featuring the house band Power of the Sun!

This event is FREE to attend! Food and beverages will be for sale at the event, so NO outside beverages allowed in the event space. Community partners will have booths set up on 7th Street where you can engage to learn more about the energy network of Dubuque County.

Inaugural Energy Gala Details

Join your Dubuque County Energy District and our collaborators to gather together from 4-5 p.m. inside the Smokestack for DIY Craft Cocktails and a brief presentation with energizing connections! Registration is $40 per guest (includes one drink ticket and light hors d’oeuvres) and $5 per craft cocktail kit!

All craft cocktails will be provided as a kit and made together at the VIP event! Learn how to make layered cocktails with our very own guest bartender Michaela!

–PV: This layered drink is sure to turn into energy! Ingredients: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Tea Infused Simple Syrup, Bitters, served on the rocks and garnished with a lemon

–Irish Winds: Don’t miss your chance to bring a little bit of the winds of Ireland to your drink! Ingredients: Jameson, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice, served on the rocks and garnished with a lime

–Hydropower: Take yourself to the beach and harness the power of water! Ingredients: Malibu, Blue Curacao, Sprite, served on the rocks Cash Bar will be available with free light hors d’oeuvres.
