FBI Director Wray: Agency ‘Can’t Yet Disclose’ Sicknick’s Cause of Death
It won’t shock me if Sicknick’s family never learns how he died.
I am not a conspiracy theorist, but this is way too weird.
FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Senate his agency cannot disclose Officer Brian Sicknick’s death, even though his death led to intense coverage of the Capitol Hill riots.
It’s been almost two months. Wray cannot provide any answers:
Wray cited an “ongoing” investigation into Sicknick’s death.
“I certainly understand and respect and appreciate the keen interest in what happened to him — after all, he was here protecting all of you. And as soon as there is information that we can appropriately share, we want to be able to do that. But at the moment, the investigation is still ongoing,” Wray said at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked if that meant the FBI “have not determined” the cause of Sicknick’s death.
“That means we can’t yet disclose a cause of death at this stage,” Wray said.
Grassley pressed on, asking Wray to confirm whether the FBI has determined a cause of death.
“I didn’t say that. We’re not at a point where we can disclose or confirm the cause of death,” Wray said.

Officials cremated Sicknick’s body. He lied in honor in the Capitol Rotunda.
Reports emerged after the riots that someone killed Sicknick by bludgeoning him with a fire extinguisher as he tried to stop people from storming Capitol Hill.
The left used Sicknick’s death to push President Donald Trump’s second impeachment, intense protections around Washington, D.C., and keep the National Guard on duty.
Stacey wrote a great blog detailing the media’s negligent reporting of Sicknick’s death. It includes his family’s frustration due to the lack of answers:
On January 8th, ProPublica reported that his brother Ken said Officer Sicknick texted him the night of the riots about how he had been pepper-sprayed:
“He texted me last night and said, ‘I got pepper-sprayed twice,’ and he was in good shape,” said Ken Sicknick, his brother, as the family drove toward Washington. “Apparently he collapsed in the Capitol and they resuscitated him using CPR.”
But the day after that text exchange, the family got word that Brian Sicknick had a blood clot and had had a stroke; a ventilator was keeping him alive.
He died that Thursday night around 9:30 pm, according to the USCP.

I’m a fan of The X-Files. The military is releasing photos and videos of UFO sightings and lying by FBI directors is now routine. These are no longer conspiracy theories.

I thought that odd too. An investigation of a UFO encounter with a civil airliner should be the purview of the FAA. If it appears to pose a threat to national security, then it should also be investigated by the USAF. The FBI investigates criminal activity. How does that figure into a UFO sighting?
Two reasons. First, X-files (or do we need to call them X*Y-files in the age of woke?). Second, anti-espionage.

The gall of the man to tell Senator Grassley that the fact that they “investigate” means they cannot confirm or deny whether they have determined a cause of death before cremating the body of the alleged “victim” of the “insurrectionists”.
He should be held in contempt of Congress, but since his evasion serves the interests of the Democrats plus those “Republican” senators voting guilty during the second impeachment sham that won’t happen.

I believe that is exactly what happened. It was all planned beforehand.

And yet the fake dossier the FBI was using as the justification for investigating Trump and his campaign became public knowledge before Trump was even sworn in.
The FBI’s actions since Jan 6 have confirmed it. The FBI’s transformation into America’s Stasi is almost complete.

How could there be an ongoing investigation into Officer Sicknick’s death? They allowed the body to be cremated effectively ending any possibility of forensic examination. What could possibly be a valid reason (excuse) to not even reveal the cause of death. It’s not as if revealing the cause of death would interfere with any valid investigation. If death resulted from anything but natural causes, the body would be the primary piece of evidence. If death resulted from natural causes, what’s left to investigate?
It’s stuff like this that makes people think FBI investigations are meant to find out what evidence there is, seize it and keep it under wraps so it doesn’t get examined publicly.
And as someone else who isn’t into conspiracy theories, this makes all makes me wonder:
Did his family request the cremation?
Or were they told it was happening?

The only thing they could possibly be waiting for is toxicology and other tests. But it’s long past the period in which those tests would have been conducted and conclusions reached. Wray is lying. Unless Sicknick died of natural causes and no conclusive cause of death could be determined. In which case they would already know for certain that he wasn’t murdered by Trump supporters.
Likely the FBI will gin up some absurd story so they can continue to blame the Deplorables.
He can say can’t all he wants, the real answer is won’t. He won’t because as long as they don’t give the official statement they can continue to allow people to believe he was beaten to death.
I heard stroke on the 7th. By the 8th I had decided that if they couldn’t show video of the beating it didn’t happen. They have shown about 10-15 minutes of video much of it multiple angles of the same time frame.
It is very important to the Democrats that this riot be made out as the worst thing that ever happened since the country was founded. Therefore the video, from the no doubt scores of security cameras inside the Capitol, has not been released in its entirety. Can someone do a FOIA request for that video or would it be considered a National Security issue.
They want the bulk of this left to your imagination.
It’s simpler than that. He had a stroke a number of hours after the event due to a pre-existing medical condition. The FBI plans on prosecuting somebody, but they haven’t settled down on which goat to send to court.
If they release an official cause of death A now, and find their goat later who did B, they have to somehow paper over a path between A and B. Far easier to find their goat did A and then release a cause of death of A. Tada! Instant conviction in this politicized environment.
There may have been residue on Sicknick’s clothing and in his lungs from the pepper spray he was hit with. The FBI could be trying to figure out how to determine whose pepper spray it was, and/or how to pin it on Trump supporters’ pepper spray while ruling out police pepper spray. Even then it’s a leap from “pepper spray” to “stroke” hours later. But right now “pepper spray” seems to be all they have on which to hang a murder charge.
Yeah, police use pepper spray. But Trump supporters don’t use pepper spray. You know who else uses pepper spray? And umbrellas to repel it? Think hard.

Seriously we all thought he died of being bashed with fire extinguishers, then we got informed that wasn’t true. His death is being used to justify a military presence in the nations capital. We are entitled to know how he died (unfortunately a fascist in the FBI disagrees).
Trump was not good evaluating government snakes and his administration was loaded with them. When you take on a swamp, it helps to be know something about the swamp.
Therein is the up, and the down, of Trump’s era. He was not and IS NOT of government. That’s the blessing.

I think Trump was pretty good at ferreting out snakes. What he didn’t realize, going in, was that DC is almost entirely populated by snakes of the nastiest kind. We private sector people think most people are decent and honorable, the snakes are the exception. What Trump didn’t realize and was never really able to deal with (I have no idea how ANYONE would be able to) was that in DC a decent and honorable person is so rare as to be damned near non-existent.
The Swamp did its absolute best to make sure that very few people would be willing to work for Trump by threatening their lives, livelihoods, and families. That continues to this day.

Lots of unusual things happened with Sicknick. Or at least things no one has provided an explanation for.
How could he be cremated without disclosing the cause of death to the family? How can he be put on a ventilator without the family knowing why and consenting? An autopsy was done. How can the family not know the cause of death? Doesn’t the family have a death certificate? How can his estate be settled without a death certificate? How long will his executor have to wait to settle his estate?
This can all be easily explained. If one assumes his death was by natural causes and the Dems/Swamp don’t want that fact known. Because it further torpedoes their already highly fictional narrative.
Trump should have fired Wray as soon as he realized he was a deep state swamp creature.
The FBI is still deciding what they want the report to say and who they want it to implicate, and they cremated the body so nothing can contradict the report. They do the same thing when they destroy original recordings of interviews and submit what is alleged to be a transcript of the recording as “evidence”. Courts nationwide allow this of both federal and local law enforcement. If you or I destroyed a recording and told the FBI to make do with a transcript we would be accused of evidence tampering.
Oh, he COULD disclose it, but he won’t because it goes against the communist narrative.
Wray’s constantly upper-extremities-activated, prevarication-saturated testimony — obviously a lot of nervousness in his upper torso, while his lousy character was manifest in his disrespectful, arrogant, cagey replies — was a travesty, and despicable. He’s a filthy liar and a corrupt cop on his face.
Too many Republican senators gave him a pass, as well. They knew he’s full of it and let him skate.
Something else seems to be going on here. I haven’t ruled out alien-related drama yet. Maybe the reality of it all is absolutely nothing like it seems, but a big front for an intragalactic-level battle, fought right here on Earth.

Seriously, though, Mr. Wray’s testimony was disgraceful. I doubt he’d dare to give such a performance in a court of law, as it surely would earn him repercussions for contempt. If the Senate had any self-respect he’d be held in contempt for evading questions posed.
But since these hearings are an exercise in partisanship that is what about a half of them applauds, and the other half seems to have resigned itself to accepting this kind of prevarication followed by equivocation should something other than pure dilatory bs escape their lips.
I don’t buy the intergalactic battle (though who knows, maybe those have a role to play).

Looking at a truly minute element of your comment, just to humor you, I figured that the chances of my galaxy-based theory might be more plausible by keeping the travel distance for the (welcome? authorized? contracted?) combatants within the 100,000-light-year range — the diameter of our Milky Way, assuming they’re already savvy at traveling via a recognized, reliable wormhole, a so-far theorized portal to a warped travel in space-time that would provide a super shortcut; so, within the galaxy, indicated by my “intragalactic” — rather than entertaining those from beyond our pinwheeled domain, at an even greater distance that, traveling at the speed of light, would take in time even longer than the above number of years, or between our galaxy and another, your “intergalactic” travel.
Or maybe you didn’t mean anything different from what I wrote, so that none of the above matters at all.
On a far more serious plane, however, and one to which I can personally and certainly relate, I take your main point quite well. I actually feel the same way you do and agree fully with your belief. I’m a follower and supporter of an empirical check on and feedback for a sensible virtue-based ethics, informed by the plan and the will of the Almighty.
I would only add that, seen logically, both the alien and theistic-spiritual views or takes on “what it’s all about” do not appear to be necessarily inconsistent views of reality. Both can be true at the same time — which surely complicates things, doesn’t it?
It’s an obvious coverup when they cremate the body before releasing any word of the cause of death. In all the other recent politically important deaths (George Floyd etc.), the family has had a second autopsy to raise any questions about the cause of death. The rush to cremation appears to be an effort to destroy evidence of the actual cause of death.
So still trying to fabricate evidence huh?
Still negotiating with the family over a sum that would buy their acquiescence to, and cooperation with, the story the FBI plans to fabricate. The narrative will be threatened so long as the family is not on board. Watch for a member of the Sicknick family to die an untimely death by way of “convincing” the rest of the family to take the money and be happy with it.

In so many ways, Wray is like Clapper and Biden. They appear to be these bumbling Barney Fifes but in actuality are seriously dangerous because they had/have control of integral parts of our government and are under the total control of unconfirmed puppetmasters.
For Wray to even imply that the FBI would have allowed Pelosi to have had his body cremated in order to have her little show in the Capitol Rotunda is insulting to our intelligence (likely not the Democrat faithful though). Anyone with functioning brain cells knows that if there was any cause of death that could be remotely related to the Trump rally on 1/6/21, Pelosi and Co. would have used it in the impeachment trial. Sadly, the ones hurt here are those in Sicknick’s family. Wray implied that even they don’t have the right to know what he knows. And this crowd has the nerve to say that President Trump acted like Hitler!! That’s the ultimate deflection, projection argument possible. If I were part of the Sicknick, I would be seeing the inside of the SCOTUS chambers up close and personal. I would want to know the truth. If they know the truth and are part of the cover-up, I hopo they enjoy their future in Hades. This is just too sad. Pravda needs to come off their high horse and demand answers to this case but they won’t. They may be worse than the insurrectionists who currently have power in our government (or at least appear to have it).
