Prior to cultivating her love of the arts, she worked internationally as a senior advisory consultant for Computer sScience Corporation for more than 20 years. During the early stages of her career, Ms. Greene gained valuable expertise in education as Assistant to the Director of the University of Illinois Survey Research Laboratory at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that she was secretary to the university's Department of Anthropology in charge of facilitating graduate student field research.
Outside of her work, Ms. Greene contributes to her community as a member of the League of Women Voters in Champaign, Illinois. Similarly, she has dedicated herself to the city government and lent her educational expertise to the local school board and the city council. Before embarking on her professional journey, she studied liberal arts and sciences at Butler Community College. Subsequently, Ms. Greene completed an MBA at the University of Illinois School of Business in 1978.
