The pressures of teenage and young adult years are sometimes overlooked. Among this stress, is pressure to be independent, to be accepted by peer groups, to form relationships, and to figure out life goals. This pressure is made worse by the changes in society due to the pandemic. Join Dr. Mana Ali Carter, on July 19th at noon, in a mental health open forum. This is an opportunity to discuss how to cope and thrive.
