Panelists will discuss:

  • why nuclear power is a false solution to the climate crisis;
  • the danger of plans to site “new” small modular nuclear reactors on the Columbia River;
  • the toxic legacy of Hanford, the Western Hemisphere’s most radioactive cleanup site;
  • the inextricable link between nuclear power and nuclear weapons; and
  • how you can take action to prevent the nuclear industry from siphoning off funds better spent on proven climate solutions.
