Tommy Tobin is an Associate in Perkins Coie’s Seattle office. His practice focuses on class action litigation and regulatory counseling for food and cannabis companies. Tommy is a Lecturer at UCLA Law, and previously clerked for a federal district court. Tommy recently edited the ABA’s Food Law: A Practical Guide, a book designed to assist practitioners in meeting the needs of food and beverage clients. He is regularly cited in the media on food litigation matters, including The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider & NPR. Tommy currently sits on the ABA’s Science & Technology Section Council and chairs its Food, Cosmetics, & Nutraceuticals Committee. He holds degrees from Stanford University, Harvard Law School & Harvard Kennedy School.
