Comment:
Pertaining to Update from WU ILegislatie/regulatory Matter Non regulated Utility Operations: Although I am an investor in several Electric Utilities, I believe that competition and Non regulated Utility Operations would be beneficial to electric utility customers. Competition leads to more efficient company management and most often leads to better service at lesser cost. Government protections for utility stock holders should not be the goal of Government.
