Wins on Jordan Cove LNG & Kalama Methanol

Last month, your activism paid off when two of the biggest fracked gas proposals in the Pacific Northwest were dealt major permitting blows on the same day!

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) upheld Oregon’s denial of the key Clean Water Act permit for the proposed Jordan Cove LNG export terminal and fracked gas pipeline in Southern Oregon. Just a few hours later, the Wash. Dept. of Ecology denied a key permit for the massive fracked gas-to-methanol refinery proposed in Kalama, WA.
