Though 5 hours of time each week may seem daunting, we find that educators who participate in this course feel rejuvenated by the work, as it involves spending a good amount of time paying attention to their own well-being. **** **** This course opens with a highly recommended orientation on Saturday, June 15th at 11 a.m. There is a reading assignment due prior to the first Zoom class. **** This course is helpful and applicable to early educators, directors, board members, and counselors. Successful completion of Foundations-1 grants you Framework Trainee status. **** ****Join Creative Lives Director Maureen Burford, M.Ed., for this nine-week training that includes 2.5 hours of class time and 2+ hours of reading, video, and reflective writing each week. A Framework for Wise Education® is based on author and teacher Ellen Tadd’s discoveries about the human energy system, or chakra system, and its critical role in healthy human development. Her premise is simple but profound: honing well-function across the chakra system yields optimal learning and well-being for all individuals. **** CEU's/Graduate Credits: This course is offered for 5 CEUs and/or 1 graduate credit (credits add an additional cost of $120 through SNHU. Foundations 1 is a prerequisite for further study in this approach.
