Communications Coordinator II

CDD Process/Policy Administrator

The Policy and Process Administrator will assist in the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of work involving contracting/grant processes, promulgation of rules/regulations and policies, budget integration and monitoring, and program support functions for CDD.  This position is largely grounded in project management, with the nature of the work changing on a rolling basis to reflect the changing priorities of the division.

Licensing Supervisor

The Licensing Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of childcare licensing staff throughout the state and supporting the work of the childcare licensing unit. Work is performed under the general direction of CDD’s Director of Child Care Licensing, with significant opportunity for individual discretion and judgment.

DCF Senior Quality Control Specialist

The Senior Quality Control Specialist for CDD’s Child Care Financial Assistance Program will be the primary contact for the program’s eligibility and payment integrity components.  Incumbents generally operate with considerable independence of action, and conduct portions of case reviews in the field.

Business Application Support Specialist

The Business Application Support Specialist will provide professional systems support, analysis, and troubleshooting for CDD’s information systems. This position performs as lead subject matter expert in a help-desk like capacity to support systems users, and directs and manages the system-impact analysis of enhancement requests due to business process changes.

PDG Business Application Support Specialist - Limited

The Business Application Support Specialist will support process improvements related to the coordination between CDD’s Child Care Licensing and the Agency of Education ACIS monitoring system; the provision of professional development in the state; and the administration of Special Accommodation Grants (SAGs).

Please Note: This is a limited-service position that is funded through September 30, 2025, although this term may be extended pending availability of funding and a need for a continuation of the position’s responsibilities.

PDG Early Childhood and Afterschool Specialist - Limited

The Early Childhood and Afterschool Specialist will lead elements of VIPB-5 implementation related to program systems improvement frameworks, including Early MTSS.  This position will collaborate with partners in and outside of CDD, including the Vermont Agency of Education, to ensure cross-agency coordination, internal alignment, and to measure programmatic impact and satisfaction.

CDD Process and Performance Analyst - Limited

The Process and Performance Analyst conducts information management; data systems planning and development; reporting and quality assurance; and research, statistical and program evaluation work for CDD. This position partners extensively with division staff, program and fiscal staff, and systems developers, in alignment with the programmatic and evaluative goals of VIPB-5.
