NECs in the community
The Division of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) supports the Energy Coordinating Agency’s (ECA) Neighborhood Energy Centers (NECs).
At NECs, residents can:
- Apply for bill payment assistance.
- Learn how to conserve water, gas, and electricity.
- Get energy counseling.
