We will be gathering on Sunday May 22 at 9:00 am to help out at Mikro Kodesh Jewish Cemetery. Throughout the course of the morning we'll be continuing to clear brush and vines from plots as a follow up to the cleanup this past October. For families who would like to come out we will also have activities for young children to help beautify the grounds and an arts & crafts area. Breakfast will be available for volunteers thanks to Norfolk Kollel. At 11:00am we will conclude with a community burying of 'shaimos' or holy texts that need to be disposed of and have accumulated throughout the pandemic.
Please RSVP ASAP to help us keep an accurate headcount for breakfast.
Needed equipment for cleanup (there is no power at Mikro Kodesh, so please make sure equipment is either battery or gas operated)
