President Joe Biden is considering appointing California Senator Dr. Richard Pan as administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency that operates under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Approximately 40 state and federal medical associations on April 15 sent a letter of support for Pan to the president.
Pan’s long history of removing parental rights and health freedoms, along with his record of kowtowing to Big Pharma’s agenda, make him uniquely unqualified for this position.
It is imperative that health freedom advocates throughout the country let President Biden know that Pan should not be considered for this position.

I am writing to you today to urge you not to appoint Dr. Richard Pan as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Administrator or to any other governmental position.
His actions to destroy the rights of parents throughout California have negatively impacted countless lives by putting children at increased risk of vaccine injury while obliterating the doctor-patient relationship by placing the government in charge of what should be individual healthcare decisions made with physician guidance.
By authoring, promoting, and ensuring the passage of draconian bills to eliminate medical freedom, he has not only proven his allegiance to the pharmaceutical industry, but he has also broken the Hippocratic Oath to “first do no harm” as well as his oath as an elected official to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
As our nation’s president, it is incumbent upon you to select only the most qualified, trustworthy and conflict-free people to hold positions that can profoundly impact the lives and health of Americans. There is no other less qualified person to hold this position with HRSA than Dr. Pan.
