The City of Wheat Ridge will host an open community meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center (4005 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).

The goal of this meeting is to discuss the potential to create space in the city for artists to live and work. The City of Wheat Ridge and Localworks are funding a feasibility study to assess the viability of bringing Artspace to the community and the community meeting is a part of that process.

This open community meeting is for residents, business owners, creatives and art lovers to:
• learn about Artspace and its possibilities for Wheat Ridge
• discuss economic and community impact of the arts
• help determine the needs of the community as well as interest in an Artspace project
• build support for this project while addressing any questions
