Having worked with elected officials and the sportsmen's community for decades, I've seen firsthand the positive impact that the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation, or CSF, has on America's outdoor heritage. When it came time to start thinking about how I can incorporate my passion for conservation and the outdoors into long-term financial planning, the Sportsmen's Heritage Fund was at the top of my list because I know my contributions will be used wisely and leave a lasting imprint on the causes that I care deeply about.

Simply stated, my decision to invest in the Sportsmen's Heritage Fund is a recognition that CSF is more active and engaged on the policy issues that I care about than any other organization out there. As someone who likes DDT — that's ducks, deer and turkey hunting — to chasing bobwhites to flyfishing for trout on the White River or trolling for sailfish to hunting big game out west and in Tanzania, or just taking my Nikon and capturing one of nature's beauties — I wanted to direct my support to an organization that works each and every day to make sure that the needs of America's sportsmen and women, and the fish and wildlife on which they depend, are looked after long after I am gone. The CSF is one of the very few organizations that has 100% of my confidence. That's why it was so easy to make a decision to incorporate CSF into my long-term financial planning.

CSF just may be the best investment I have ever made — and one that will yield dividends for generations of Americans to come.
