If you are a person with a disability or a senior citizen these classes are just for you. Participants will engage in low to moderate intensity workouts targeting muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Our class sessions are held online via Zoom from Monday to Thursday at 4 P.M. EST. We offer free adaptive yoga classes as well. Spanish classes will be on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. English classes will be on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. In addition to this, we offer Small Group Classes. These classes are limited in size to five participants which will allow trainers to spend more time with each participant. Want to join? Disability Partnerships, in a grant funded by Adventist HealthCare Community Partnership Fund, is launching a free, innovative Adaptive Health and Wellness class for persons with physical disabilities. The class will feature a personal trainer with experience training persons with limited to no mobility.
