Walk and Talk at Sehmel Homestead Park

June 18, 2022, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

GPC believes that conservation is for all! Join us on Saturday, June 18th from 10am-12pm to celebrate Pride Month with a special Walk and Talk event lead by Great Peninsula Conservancy Board Member Dana Coggon and VISTA member Jaime Webb. Together, the group will explore beautiful Sehmel Homestead Park, participate in a fun inclusivity themed nature photography project, and learn about some of the amazing contributions of today’s LGBTQ+ conservation leaders. Details:

  • The walk will be ~1 mile
  • The terrain is flat and even
  • Dress for the weather
  • Bring your camera or have your smart phone at the ready!
