2020 Team Fundraiser
This year the vast majority of our work went online. That was hard for a movement built around in-person actions and community events. To be able to keep up our momentum and to fight for a statewide Oregon Green New Deal in 2021 we need to invest in our online skills.
That's why we're raising money so we can afford to build our staff capacity to highlight, amplify, and mobilize around our teams and campaigns!
To help us get there our wonderful volunteer-led teams are stepping up to each do what they can to raise money for 350PDX.
2020 has been an unprecedented year, for climate, for our democracy, for our health, and for our movement.
Will you support our movement with a donation?

About 350PDX
350PDX exists to address capitalist and political systems where profits trump people, false climate solutions are written by those protected from climate chaos, and the climate movement is steeped in white supremacy culture. We solve these problems by centering the needs of frontline communities in our campaigns and programs, while being co-conspirators in the fight for social and racial justice.
We approach these problems by building our communities’ collective power to effect long-lasting, systemic change by giving hundreds of dedicated volunteers the tools and support they need to change political, social and economic systems that perpetuate injustice. That looks like:
350PDX chose those strategies because we believe you cannot combat climate chaos without also combatting the foundational extractive economy, which exploits people and natural resources through capitalism and the dehumanization of racism, white supremacy, and all other forms of oppression. We serve in a unique role, often attracting environmentalists who must first be educated on climate justice and climate chaos’ connection to systemic oppression. As we continue to help create an intersectional climate movement, we believe in the power of using the capacity and resources of Portland’s white majority population in service to frontline-created climate solutions.
