Lori Kramer

Lori joined MDC in 2023 as our Human Resources Manager, responsible for all the functional areas of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, onboarding, legal compliance, employee relations and compensation. Lori is a growth-focused Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries.

She holds an M.S. in Management specializing in Human Resources and Information Technology and a B.S. in Natural Science from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.  She achieved her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute.  Prior to joining MDC, Lori worked in organizations in the nonprofit, technology, and healthcare sectors. Working as the solo human resources professional as well as leading optimized multi-functional human resources teams, she is excited to join the MDC team and looks forward to learning and growing with the organization.

Lori was born and raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area. She currently resides with her family and 3 dogs in Memphis, TN.
