Dear School Nutrition Directors,

We sincerely thank you and your teams for all you are doing to ensure children have access to nutritious meals. As we work to support school meal programs through the transition back to standard operations, after two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete the following survey. Your answers will help us understand your needs and inform our ability to assist. Your individual responses will not be shared outside the Hunger Solutions New York and No Kid Hungry NY teams.
