Domestic Violence Shelter Advocate (3rd Shift , Thursday - Monday)

The Shelter Advocate (3rd Shift , Thursday - Monday) is responsible for provision of services to battered victims and their children that enter the Dove Domestic Violence Program’s Shelter. This position is responsible for shelter coverage starting shift at midnight and ending shift at 8:00 a.m. the following morning, Thursday - Monday. This position is supervised by the Domestic Violence Advocate Supervisor.

Finance Administrator

Dove-Homeward Bound HMIS Coordinator

The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Coordinator ensures the systems are functioning and meeting the implementation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Macon County Continuum of Care procedures. The position will assist in building collaboration between partners to assess households through the process of assessment and connection with housing partners in HMIS. This position will provide program support to the Dove-Homeward Bound staff and HMIS/CES project through technical training related to file accuracy, data collection, and general processes reporting and tracking through HMIS. The HMIS Coordinator will coordinate all HMIS duties including data entry, reporting, and other database-related duties to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of the data. The HMIS Coordinator will supervise the HMIS Staff. The HMIS Coordinator will be supervised by the Dove-Homeward Bound Program Director. The position is grant-funded.
